Jennifer Ferretti, DLF Senior Program Officer

Jennifer (she/her) is the DLF Senior Program Officer where she focuses on supporting and amplifying the work of the DLF community, as well as CLIR programs such as The Authenticity Project. Jennifer joined DLF in June 2021 and looks forward to her first in-person DLF Forum and affiliated events (in her home city, no less) as SPO. Jennifer has been working in digital libraries for over 10 years and before joining CLIR, Jennifer was a digital initiatives librarian at a fine art and design college. Jennifer is an artist, community organizer, and is based in Baltimore, MD. Find her on Twitter @citythatreads.

Aliya Reich, Program Manager for Conferences and Events

Aliya Reich (she/her) is CLIR’s Program Manager for Conferences and Events based in Baltimore, MD. She leads the planning for the annual Digital Library Federation Forum and affiliated events. Her background is in museums and she holds graduate and undergraduate degrees in art history. Outside of work, Aliya is a running coach, leads Pacing for Parkinson’s, a charity team at the Baltimore Running Festival, and volunteers with Girls on the Run and Big Brothers Big Sisters at the Y. Gayle Schechter

Gayle Schechter, DLF Program Associate

Gayle (she/her) is DLF’s Program Associate where she manages and provides administrative support to DLF’s working groups and coordinates community outreach (including building the website you’re currently reading). Gayle holds a B.S. in American history and information systems and an M.S. in library and information science with a concentration in archives management. Prior to joining Team DLF in September 2019, Gayle was the digital exhibitions coordinator at an HBCU consortium library. Based in Atlanta, GA, Gayle lives with her chihuahua mix, Rico, who can often be found joining her for working group calls. Find her on Twitter @akaGladys.
